On the Table: June 13, 2026
June 13 will be our first market day! We're expecting to bring...
Napa-style cabbage: "Minuet" variety.
Radishes: A mix of French Breakfast and Golden Helios.
Hakurei Turnips: Excellent raw, in salads -- peppery like a radish, but a bit sweeter.
Greens: bunched collards, kale, chard, spinach.
We're hoping for some sugar snap peas and beets, too.
